We are privileged to collaborate with some of the globe's most influential brands, organizations, and leaders. As a Corporate Trainer, you will represent MLC in these unique opportunities by training thousands of individuals annually in the art of the lean methodology.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in our mission to transform millions of individuals into impactful presenters.

Key Responsibilities

- Master the MLC methodology and consistently deliver high-quality training sessions, both online and in person, across corporate environments and public events.

- Adapt and customize training content and exercises based on audience type, industry context, and client objectives, ensuring tailored learning experiences.

- Facilitate dynamic and engaging training sessions by using storytelling, practical demonstrations, real business use cases, and interactive tools.

- Manage group energy and attention by observing verbal and non-verbal cues, adjusting pacing, incorporating breaks, and keeping participants focused and motivated.

- Promote active participation through discussions, role play, live demos, and constructive group feedback to reinforce learning and retention.

- Ensure training excellence through post-workshop debriefs, collecting feedback, and preparing summaries or follow-up materials for internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the Training Design team to improve, evolve, and enhance existing materials, proposing new exercises, formats, and methodologies.

- Host periodic public webinars to showcase MLC's methodology, support marketing initiatives, and attract potential clients.

- Stay up to date with internal updates, new tools, AI integrations, and training enhancements to ensure delivery is always aligned with the latest MLC standards.

Requirements

- Education and Experience

- Possess 1 to 2 years years of work experience in client service, teaching/learning environments, or a related field.

- Proficiency in facilitating virtual environments is a must

- Demonstrate credibility as an authority and expert in communication skills

- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally on occasion.

- Basic knowledge of AI Tools and genuine interest to stay updated

- Proficient in Windows operating system. Professional proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams for email and scheduling, and web browsers for accessing the learning management system
