RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Reliability Engineer to join its office in Rome or Rozzano within the Operations and Maintenance Engineering Division.

Mission

Junior Reliability Engineer supports our team in the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs, management of project technical documentation, and execution of reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) studies. The Junior Reliability Engineer has the opportunity to learn from senior engineers, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the success of projects within the energy division. #LI-MB4

Key Accountabilities

Support RCM Program Development:

• Assist senior engineers in the development and implementation of reliability-centered maintenance programs for energy sector clients, including data analysis, failure mode identification, and maintenance strategy development.

Assist with Project Management:

• Support project managers in managing project technical documentation, RAM studies, and other asset reliability engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project objectives and deadlines.

Technical Analysis and Documentation:

• Conduct technical analysis and data interpretation to support reliability engineering activities, including the preparation of project technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

Learn and Develop Skills:

• Learn from senior engineers and project teams, gaining knowledge and expertise in reliability engineering concepts, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge in asset reliability engineering.

Education

Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Bachelor's Degree in Energy Engineering

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to learn and develop skills in asset reliability engineering
• MAROS knowledge will be considered as a strong plus
• Fluency in Italian & English languages
