Job Description
Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is looking for a Digital and Business Technology Audit Analyst, within the Internal Audit Group, based in Parma.

Job Purpose
The Digital and Business Technology Internal Audit Analyst, under the supervision of the audit management, executes audit projects in the areas of IT (IT general controls review, Data and Information Security - ISO 27001, IT governance, IT service management and projects).

The activities include the planning of audit engagements activities, the execution of tests and analyses, and the reporting of the audit results by drafting audit observations and recommendations to ensure the adequacy of the company's internal control system. This role actively participates in discussions related to the audit findings with Management members at all levels.

Key Accountabilities

Support the Group Internal Audit in the execution of the IT audit projects in the following activities:

• Collect and analyze relevant documents and information
• Map the audited processes interviewing management
• Identify potential issues, execute tests, analyze data using specific audit software (i.e. ACL, Power BI)
• Draft and discuss relevant audit observations and recommendations with auditees and Internal Audit Senior Management
• Monitor the implementation of the recommendations agreed upon with management, also performing assigned activities in the execution of follow-up audits
• Development of data analytics tools and analyses, by identifying with the audit team new data analytics services to support GIA activities.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in IT audit
• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or Computer Science
• Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of information security frameworks (i.e. ISO 27001), SAP and PowerBI is a plus
• CIA, CISA or other Information System related certifications are considered a plus
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mindset
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills to interact with internal B.U and external auditors
• Good Teamworking
• Availability to travel
