We are looking for our client, an Italian industrial company that designs and manufactures
complete systems and plants
, to hire a
Shipping Office Employee
.

Main objectives

Part of a dynamic Group oriented towards service excellence, the figure we are looking for will work in a stimulating and collaborative environment. It will aim to plan, implement and monitor shipments on the national and international territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable carriers and equipment with respect to the type of transport and the defined delivery times.
• Adopt criteria for the definition of loading plans and the constitution of the related units.
• Prepare the transport documentation with respect to the type of carrier and the goods transported.
• Foreign invoicing, export invoices for plants, modifications, software and NC to management.
• Customs operations where required.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in industrial plant engineering with production to order
• Experience in shipping and invoicing
• Accounting diploma or equivalent
• Italian C2 - Native or bilingual proficiency
• English: B2 - Professional working proficiency
• Good knowledge of Windows system and Office package (especially Excel)
• Good knowledge of management systems for invoicing, particularly international
• Knowledge of transport documentation preparation
• Knowledge of foreign invoicing, export invoices, and customs operations
• Good organisational skills
• Precision and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and be reliable
