You will contribute to the current dynamic transformation of the automotive market towards electrification and autonomous vehicles, driven by the development of new innovative electronic and software based applications

You will be part of the Italian-French team responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of ST's AUTOSAR software products (configurable drivers dedicated to ST's Automotive MCU and SoC).

AUTOSAR software architecture is a worldwide standard required by all players in the automotive market.

ST AUTOSAR drivers are integrated by major automotive players (integrators, car makers) in multiple applications (zone / domain controllers, power train, battery management system, communication network, radar, etc...).

We are seeking for a senior software engineer who will take the responsibility of
Domain Owner / Technical Leader role for several AUTOSAR software driver
s.

The candidate shall have

  • a strong technical background in embedded software development with broad experience covering architecture / definition phase, development, testing and support
  • a wide expertise in ARM based SoC architecture and standard Automotive MCU peripherals
  • a deep knowledge of Autosar architecture and MCAL interfaces
  • a proven experience in developing low level SW drivers in compliancy with ASPICE, ISO26262 and ideally ISO21434 standards
  • the capability to functionally coordinate development activities and share his expertise with other local team members, combine with ability to operate in a cross-functional and multi-site environment
  • the necessary communication and soft skills to directly interact with external stakeholders (partners, subcontractors, customers)
  • the capability to work in transversal mode, contributing to different running projects in parallel

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded software development with proven experience in ASPICE, ISO26262 and ISO21434 standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
