potrai aiutare le aziende a trasformare i
rischi in opportunità
per migliorare la loro organizzazione e l'evoluzione dei loro sistemi di governance, ottenendo un vantaggio competitivo e offrendo soluzioni integrate e approcci innovativi per la gestione strategica del rischio.

Nello specifico, ti occuperai di:

• governance e sistema dei controlli interni (es. Internal Audit, Funzione Compliance, etc)
• normative applicabili ad intermediari bancari (es. circolare 285), Società di gestione del Risparmio (es. Regolamento sulla gestione collettiva del risparmio), IP/IMEL (es. PSD3), Intermediari assicurativi (es. Regolamenti IVASS)

Sarai coinvolta/o su
progetti internazionali
e nazionali
al fianco di professioniste/i che ti aiuteranno ad aumentare le tue conoscenze professionali e relazionali. Il tuo coinvolgimento riguarderà anche lo sviluppo di soluzioni di digitalizzazione ed intelligenza artificiale per i suddetti intermediari

Come As You Are - Le tue competenze e caratteristiche
Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se hai:

• Esperienza di almeno 2 anni presso aziende (compagnie assicurative o banche) o presso società di consulenza nell'area Risk & Compliance;
• Laurea magistrale o Master in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o Finanza con ottima votazione;
• Interesse per i Financial Services (settore bancario e/o assicurativo, asset & wealth management) e buona conoscenza del framework normativo del settore finanziario;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un'esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all'estero;

When you join the Governance, Risk, Compliance and Sustainability Services team, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organisation and evolution of their governance systems to gain a competitive edge and offer integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management.

KPMG Advisory's Governance, Risk & Compliance team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures to face the challenges of digital transformation through processes for the management of risks and opportunities. If you are passionate about governance and internal control and risk management systems applied to the financial reporting sector, with an interest in consulting, join our
Milan
team serving clients in the
Financial sector.
Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• internal governance and internal control systems (e.g., Solvency II/ CRD IV);
• customer protection (e.g., IDD/ Mifid 2);
• sustainability (e.g., EU Reg 2019/2088 and 2020/852).

Skills
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This is the perfect opportunity for you if:

• at least two years of risk & compliance experience with companies (insurance companies or banks) or consulting companies;
• a master's degree or other post-graduate degree in business, engineering management or finance with excellent results;
• an interest in financial services (banking and/or insurance) and a good knowledge of the finance sector's regulatory framework;
• excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad.
