Airport Promoter

We are looking for reliable collaborators to carry out informational promotion activities at Italian airports in cases of flight disruptions, including long delays or cancellations.

The role focuses on providing information to passengers regarding their rights under European regulations and is conducted in full compliance with airport rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Be present in the public arrivals area of the assigned airport

• Distribute informational materials to the passengers

• Clearly and professionally explain passenger rights

• Maintain a respectful, discreet and professional approach

• Follow operational guidelines provided by the coordination team

Contract Terms & Compensation

• Self-employed collaboration

• €30 per assignment

• Reimbursement of your transportation expenses

• Performance-related incentives

• On-call activity based on our operational requirements

Requirements

• Residence near one of the listed airports, maximum 1h away

• Availability to reach the airport on short notice

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional attitude, reliability, and punctuality

• English language required; other languages are a plus
