Come Infrastructure Manager, entrerai nel team ICT, lavorando nella sede di Cadoneghe (Padova) o, in alternativa, nella sede di Brescia e supporterai la gestione, la manutenzione e l'evoluzione dell'infrastruttura IT. Sarai coinvolto/a sia nelle attività operative quotidiane sia nei progetti infrastrutturali, con il supporto dell'ICT Manager e dei colleghi di area.

Il tuo ruolo prevede:

· Installazione, configurazione e manutenzione di server, apparati di rete, servizi sistemistici e ambienti cloud

· Supporto nella gestione delle integrazioni tra sistemi e applicativi

· Monitoraggio delle prestazioni dei sistemi e segnalazione di anomalie

· Redazione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica

· Partecipazione ai progetti ICT

· Supporto al Service Desk per problematiche di terzo livello (quando richiesto)

· Coordinamento e scouting di fornitori esterni

Requirements

Il tuo identikit

Possiedi

· Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo

· Ottime capacità di problem solving tecnico

· Precisione, affidabilità e orientamento alla qualità del servizio

· Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare con colleghi e fornitori

· Attitudine all'apprendimento continuo e alla gestione ordinata delle attività

· disponibilità a brevi/occasionali trasferte sul territorio nazionale.

Le tue conoscenze tecniche

· Sistemi operativi Windows Server e Linux

· Networking di base: TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall

· Conoscenza dei sistemi di virtualizzazione (Vmware, KVM) o cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)

· Active Directory, gruppi e policy, Microsoft 365

· Nozioni di backup e continuità operativa

· Buona conoscenza dell'inglese scritto, buono il parlato;

· Basi di scripting (Python, Ruby, PowerShell o Bash) e conoscenza SQL

· Conoscenza sistemi di automatic deploy (puppet, ansible…)

· Principi di cybersecurity
