About The Job
Develop an elevated omnichannel customer experience, ensuring cohesive and consistent communication across all physical and digital touchpoints. Lead the team in creating strategic content and optimizing merchandising strategies to enhance the product range, strengthen the Decathlon brand identity, and build strong customer connections.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate a team of 6 (1 content manager, 3 content specialists, 2 merchandising specialists), fostering a culture of accountability and development;
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop cross-functional content strategies ensuring uniformity between online (website, App) and offline channels. Implement innovative storytelling, automation, and personalization while upholding brand values and governance;
  • Visual Merchandising: Elevate the in-store experience in collaboration with the Retail LAB. Ideate theatrical solutions and POS materials to bring marketing campaigns and activations to life;
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure deliverable effectiveness, analyze content performance to maximize ROI, and monitor emerging trends (AI, AR). Manage agencies, budgets, and deadlines to meet strategic objectives;

Your skills

  • Proficiency in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple omnichannel projects involving various stakeholders from Retail, Commercial, Digital, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey;
  • Expertise in creating and overseeing strategic content plans, ensuring strict alignment with brand identity and delivering effective storytelling across both physical and digital touchpoints;
  • In-depth knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles, with the ability to translate commercial strategies into impactful in-store experiences and layout optimizations;
  • Capacity to develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess the success of content performance, merchandising effectiveness, and overall ROI;
  • Aptitude for managing and coaching a multidisciplinary team, fostering individual responsibility, autonomy, and continuous skill development;
  • Strong experience in Agency & Production Management, including budget oversight, vendor negotiation, and the optimization of production processes for marketing materials;
