Job Title: Junior Project Manager (Intern)
Job Location: Rome (Italy)
Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior PM with daily project coordination, resource allocation, and logistics to ensure the timely and high-quality deployment of network components (e.g., 5G base stations, fiber optic lines, core network equipment).
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress against the schedule, collect status updates from technical teams and subcontractors, and prepare accurate, timely reports for management and customer stakeholders.
• Documentation and Control: Maintain a centralized repository of all project documents (plans, specifications, contracts), track Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, and ensure compliance with Huawei's internal processes and quality standards.
• Issue and Risk Management: Proactively monitor for potential project risks or issues, document all incidents, and support the Project Manager in escalating and implementing corrective action plans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key communication link between technical engineers, installation teams, vendors, and the customer to ensure all parties are aligned on project scope and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or management field, such as Civil Engineering, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and manage tasks effectively.
• Adaptability to work in an international business environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness.
• Language Requirements: Good command of spoken English and fluent in Italian.
