HR Management/Law

Responsabilities:

  • HR policies and procedures
  • Time and attendance (for payroll, holiday planning, etc. purposes)
  • General questions and concerns
  • Follow-up on employee performances

  • Identify opportunities for learning and development

  • Manage expansion team's recruitment requirements

  • Define the project organization
  • Define the roles and responsibilities

  • Define the recruitment timeline

  • Lead the search and select/recruitment for the expansion

  • Select the appropriate recruitment channel
  • Manage suppliers involved in the recruitment process
  • Conduct first round interviews and follow-up interviews
  • Ensure the recruitment process is well and consistently documented
  • Prepare offer letters/employment contracts

  • On-board successful candidates

  • Long term view on the project entity objectives in terms of HR needs.

  • Coordinate employees in terms of relations and dynamics between groups and individuals.
  • Ensure a culture where employees are valued.
  • Comply with all the safety and security rules and regulations lead by example.
  • Support the department and business unit where required.
  • Follow the corporate authority matrix, contract policies compliance guidelines.
  • Actively report improvement opportunities to direct report.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or a similar role

Technical Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, payroll software) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices

Behavioral Competences Required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills

Language Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must

Other Requirements

  • Valid EU work permit
  • Willing to relocate to Trieste on short notice
