Sales and Marketing Coordinator
to join its on-site team.
Villa Mangiacane is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification (preferably in Marketing or Hospitality), excellent communication skills, and a strong sales personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling events and weddings to clients and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Responding to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Conducting site inspections and welcoming clients to the Villa
- Meeting with clients and guiding them through venue options
- Building relationships with wedding planners and event agencies
- Marketing the Villa to international and local wedding planners
- Engaging with couples during the wedding planning process
- Assisting clients with information by contacting relevant suppliers
- Coordinating with suppliers, planners and partners regarding bookings
- Representing Villa Mangiacane confidently and professionally
- Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural ability to build relationships
- Strong sales personality and confident speaking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Fluent in both English and Italian
