Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

You'll guarantee production, quality, safety, health and environmental standards for the relevant departments, optimizing costs, yields and resources. You'll promote the achievement of assigned production goals.

Your responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficiency, quality, hygiene, health, safety and environmental aspects of production Lines and equipments
  • Ensure the achievement of production KPIs
  • Work with Engineering to the implementation of the new processes and increase the efficiency of new and existing production lines
  • Plan, in collaboration with the functions responsible for maintenance, all preventive, predictive and extraordinary ordinary maintenance activities, ensuring their traceability
  • Promote energy saving, waste management, reduce the water consumption.
The experience we're looking for
  • Engineering background
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar role
  • Fluent both in Italian and English
  • Problem solving and Continuous Improvement
  • People Management
  • Knowledge of SAP, TPM, Just in Time, Lean Organization, Six Sigma, FMEA
