Your Main Responsibilities

  • Build solid collaboration with R&D, Engineering, Sales, and key customers to translate technical and field insights into a reliable, high-performing product portfolio.
  • Combine solid knowledge of power electronics and system architecture with market understanding to identify innovation opportunities and define technically sound solutions.
  • Manage the product roadmap — from specifications and validation to portfolio evolution — ensuring technical feasibility, quality, and business alignment.
  • Lead product development and continuous improvement activities, including testing, benchmarking, and technology scouting, to drive product performance and successful launches

A suitable background
would include at least five years of professional experience in Product Management, as well as the following qualifications and experience:

  • University degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronic, or Energy) or equivalent technical background; additional studies in Business or Marketing are a plus.
  • Proven technical and strategic background in product management or portfolio development, ideally within power systems, automation, or mechatronic applications.
  • Ability to translate technical and customer insights into impactful product innovation and business growth, with familiarity in tools such as inRiver and Antura.
  • Experience working effectively in a global matrix organization, aligning stakeholders across R&D, Engineering, and commercial teams, and demonstrating flexibility to collaborate in an international environment.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration and alignment with stakeholders across R&D, Engineering, and commercial teams.
  • Solid understanding of power electronics, mobile energy systems, or related technologies, with the ability to translate technical performance into customer value and competitive advantage.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; German is considered a plus.
