Your Role and Responsibilities

Sarai coinvolto/a, con un crescente grado di autonomia, nelle attività di:

  • Ricerca e studio in ambito di diritto del lavoro, previdenziale e sindacale;
  • Supporto nella consulenza ai clienti (day by day, pareristica, contrattualistica, procedimenti disciplinari e supporto in ambito giudiziale e stragiudiziale);
  • Supporto in operazioni straordinarie (riorganizzazioni, trasferimenti di azienda, procedura collettive, due diligence);
  • Contenzioso giuslavoristico.

se sei un/a Avvocato/a con almeno tre anni di esperienza post-abilitazione specifica in ambito giuslavoristico, parli un ottimo inglese e hai voglia di affrontare nuove sfide professionali.

Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, spiccate capacità relazionali e di comunicazione, intraprendenza e flessibilità completano il profilo.
