We are seeking a
Corporate Health & Safety Specialist - Reporting and Performance
to support our corporate HSE function in monitoring safety performance, analyzing data, and standardizing safety processes across the company's manufacturing sites.

The Corporate Health & Safety Specialist will focus on safety KPI reporting, audit support, and digital tools for HSE data management. This role combines corporate-level analysis with direct collaboration with operational environments, requiring prior experience in production sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a structured safety management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze safety KPIs (incident rates, near misses, and audit findings).
  • Support the preparation of HSE dashboards and reports for executive leadership.
  • Support the tracking and closure of CAPAs across sites.
  • Participate in Global HSE audits and HSE due diligence, ensuring that all facilities meet local occupational health and safety laws and standards, and track and follow-up actions.
  • Support in review and update corporate HSE procedures and templates.
  • Support digital HSE initiatives, including data automation and reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate regularly with HSE teams at manufacturing sites to ensure alignment with corporate standard, provide expert guidance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage previous ASPP/site experience to understand plant processes, associated risks, and practical mitigation measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemical engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in health and safety management within manufacturing or industrial sites.
  • Preferred: prior experience within Health and Safety in a production site or as ASPP
  • Knowledge of HSE regulations.
  • Proven experience with risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety auditing.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
  • Ability to travel to various company sites as needed.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
