Location: Pero (MI)

Reporting to: M&A Manager

Join our team and play a key role in driving strategic growth through high-impact transactions in a global environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage M&A projects, timelines, and resources.


• Analyze financial data, prepare valuation models, and assess the financial risks and synergies of potential transactions.


• Coordinate due diligence across legal, finance, and internal teams.

• Support negotiations and prepare executive-ready materials for executive leadership.


• Facilitate coordination between internal and external teams in an international setting.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or related field.

• Strong legal financial, fiscal analysis and valuation skills.

• Project management skills across the full M&A lifecycle.

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

• 3+ years of M&A experience (advisory or in-house).
