Job description
La risorsa sarà responsabile della definizione e implementazione della strategia commerciale per hotel 4*/5*, guidando lo sviluppo del portafoglio clienti B2B e MICE, negoziazioni strategiche e coordinamento interfunzionale per massimizzare revenue e brand positioning.
Responsabilità principali
- Definire e implementare la strategia commerciale per il portafoglio di hotel 4*/5* nel mercato assegnato, in linea con il business plan e gli obiettivi di revenue.
- Identificare e sviluppare nuove opportunità nei segmenti offline
- Gestire e fidelizzare le key accounts, negoziando accordi strategici con agenzie, DMCs, consorzi e aziende
- Coordinare con i team di
Revenue, Marketing, MICE
per garantire l'esecuzione impeccabile delle strategie - Rappresentare il brand in
fiere, eventi internazionali, site inspections e fam trips
, agendo come ambassador - Monitorare e analizzare
trend di mercato, concorrenza e performance
, proponendo azioni innovative - Supervisionare il team commerciale locale, promuovendo la collaborazione interdipartimentale
- Elaborare e presentare
report mensili, forecast e KPI
Requisiti
- Laurea in Turismo, Hospitality Management o simili
- Esperienza di almeno
5 anni in ruoli commerciali senior
in hotel di fascia alta o catene internazionali - Conoscenza approfondita del mercato hospitality locale e internazionale
- Portafoglio attivo di contatti B2B, MICE, leisure e corporate
- Ottime capacità di
negoziazione, leadership, analisi e orientamento al risultato - Familiarità con
CRM, Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office - Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente
- Esperienza in
aperture, riposizionamenti o espansione commerciale
