IT Operations Professional In Vitro for Campania region, Italy.
Your role:

• Within the designated area (South Italy) perform installation, configuration, maintenance and support on assigned hardware and software products (Middleware and Automation Software)
• Ensure complete execution of all preventive and reactive maintenance on the assigned software
• Work with Project Management and Application Specialist in order to successfully implement complex solutions
• Work within local Customer Service team to delight Customers
• Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes
• Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues
• Report in a timely manner all potential issue to the Dedicated Complaint Unit

Your expertise:

• Degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent working experience in Medical IT Company
• Good knowledge of Laboratories Informatic Infrastructure
• Knowledge of Network System Design, IT Hardware, VPN software, Virtual Machine, Data Backup and Recovery, Software Diagnosis
• Previous experience in Medical IT activities
• Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives
• Communication skills make complex issues easy to understand
• Fluent in English (written and verbally)
• Resident in Campania or in nearby cities
• Availability to travel mainly in South Italy, occasionally in other Regions and abroad.
