La figura professionale che ricoprirà il ruolo di Technical Deployment Specialist seguirà il processo di installazione e attivazione dei Locker, coordinando fornitori esterni, supervisionando le attività relative agli impianti elettrici e le attività edili, garantendo qualità, puntualità e conformità alle specifiche tecniche.

Responsabilità:

  • coordinare l'intero processo di preparazione tecnica dei siti, incluse le valutazioni di fattibilità e valutazioni relative ai sopralluoghi
  • gestire i fornitori esterni mediante l'organizzazione di meeting periodici
  • monitorare l'avanzamento dei lavori e della qualità
  • analizzare e validare i preventivi tecnici rispetto a budget e lavorazioni richieste
  • garantire la qualità delle installazioni e le verifiche tecniche finali
  • organizzare e condurre SAL settimanali con analisi personalizzate
  • collaborare con tutti i team interni favorendo il corretto flusso comunicativo ed informativo
  • utilizzare CRM e tool di project management per monitorare attività e KPI
  • gestire criticità tecniche con approccio orientato al problem solving

Requisiti:

  • diploma di scuola superiore o laurea triennale
  • esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ambito impiantistica/edile/ installazione tecnica
  • conoscenza delle logiche di cablaggio e della predisposizione delle aree tecniche
  • conoscenza della normativa in ambito sicurezza
  • pregressa esperienza nella gestione di fornitori e attività multi-sito
  • capacità di analisi tecnica dei preventivi con relativo controllo dei costi
  • padronanza e dimestichezza nell'uso dei CRM e dei tool di project management
  • competenze analitiche per la gestione di KPI e reportistica
  • ottime capacità comunicative e di pianificazione
  • precisione e propensione all'utilizzo di metodi strutturati e puntuali
