Per accompagnare la nostra evoluzione, cerchiamo una/un
People Lead
che lavorerà a stretto contatto con CEO e leadership team per guidare la strategia HR e rendere l'organizzazione un abilitatore reale della crescita del business.

Ruolo e responsabilità:

Il/La
People Lead
è il punto di riferimento su tutte le decisioni people-critical: organizzazione, performance, sviluppo, engagement, talent e cultura.

La squadra si compone di 45 persone distribuite tra funzioni di business, tech e staff.

Le responsabilità della funzione People sono:

  • People & Business Strategy
    : definire e implementare la strategia People in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali, supportando leadership e manager nelle fasi di crescita e cambiamento.
  • Organizzazione & Sviluppo:
    evolvere l'organizzazione, i modelli di performance e i percorsi di sviluppo di persone e team.
  • Cultura & Engagement:
    promuovere una cultura coerente con i valori aziendali e migliorare l'esperienza delle persone lungo tutto il loro ciclo di vita.
  • Talent & Governance:
    guidare attrazione e sviluppo dei talenti, supervisionare processi HR, compensation, compliance e decisioni people-critical.
  • Collaborazione con Finance, Payroll & Amministrazione:
    lavorare in stretto coordinamento con i team responsabili di budget, payroll e amministrazione del personale, assicurando allineamento, efficacia operativa e coerenza con le priorità aziendali.

leadership, visione strategica e capacità esecutiva
, capace di muoversi con naturalezza tra business, persone e dati.

Per il primo anno non prevediamo altri ingressi nel team People, quindi dovrai gestire in autonomia tutte le attività previste. Sarai comunque accompagnato/a da un Advisor People (30 anni di esperienza) con cui collaboriamo da qualche anno

Hard skills:

  • Esperienza solida (+5) in ruoli HRBP in contesti in crescita
  • Capacità di lavorare con CEO e leadership team
  • Conoscenza dei principali processi HR end-to-end.
  • Ottimo italiano e buon inglese.

Compensation & Benefit:

  • Riporterai al CEO & Founder di Jobtech
  • RAL 50.000€ - valuteremo in ogni caso in base all'esperienza
  • Bonus annuale: basato su obiettivi aziendali
  • Ticket €8, per ogni giorno lavorato
  • Lavoro per obiettivi e 3 giorni di Smart Working

Timing:

L'assunzione è prevista indicativamente tra febbraio e marzo anche se la priorità è individuare la persona giusta, quindi le tempistiche potranno variare in base alle singole situazioni

L'iter di selezione si comporrà di 4 steps, di cui i primi due online.
