Your role with us

As an Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations - keeping things organised, connected and running at peak efficiency for the Italian market. Working closely with the Operations team and the Sportsbook & Casino Manager, you'll help coordinate projects, streamline processes and make sure communication flows seamlessly across the business. It's a hands-on role where your attention to detail and drive will make a real impact every day.

What you will do

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and note capture.
• Track and document projects, tasks, and metrics across tools like Notion, Jira, and Confluence to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Maintain and update team documentation, SOPs, templates, and reports to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate logistics for travel, events, team activities, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Gather and communicate key updates, data, and insights between Operations and other departments, sending reminders and follow-ups to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate regular operational meetings, project updates, and leadership check-ins to maintain transparency and momentum.
• Assist with project tracking, quality checks, data entry, and preparation of presentations and materials.
• Partner with Department Heads and stakeholders to support smooth execution of operational initiatives and priorities.

What you will bring

• Demonstrated track record of supporting or leading process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps and operational frameworks.
• Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Notion for documentation, project tracking, and collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

This position is based in Rome, Italy, with a hybrid working model (3 days in office and 2 days remote) designed to support flexibility and collaboration.
