Financial Analyst

The role

As a Financial Analyst / Controller, you will work closely with our CFO and finance team to support

strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting. You will play a key role

in monitoring business performance, ensuring accuracy in financial data, and contributing to the

Group's growth strategy.

You will also contribute to the design and implementation of reporting and controlling systems and

processes for the Group and its subsidiaries, and support financial consolidation at Group level.

As a foundational member of the finance team, you'll have the opportunity to shape key processes

and participate in building up the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

● Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for the Group and its subsidiaries

● Prepare management reports, financial forecasts, and variance analyses

● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

● Monitor KPIs and perform business performance analysis across portfolio companies

● Collaborate with business units to collect financial inputs and ensure data accuracy

● Support M&A processes, due diligence activities, and investment analysis

● Contribute to the optimization of controlling processes and tools

● Design and implement integrated reporting and controlling tools across companies

● Participate in the financial consolidation of the Group

Requirements

● Master's degree preferred in Economics, Finance, or a related field

● Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant accounting certifications (e.g., Chartered

Accountant, Certified Bookkeeper) will also be considered

● 3–4+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, audit, or FP&A

● Strong knowledge of accounting processes, general ledger structure, and bookkeeping

practices

● Hands-on experience with accounting software, ERP systems, BI platforms, and cash flow

management tools

● Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

● Excellent command of Excel and familiarity with financial modeling

● Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

● Preferably experience with integrated financial systems (CRM, job management, accounting,

cash flow platforms)

● Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written)
