Per un'importante realtà fashion internazionale con HQ Milano stiamo ricercando una figura di International Retail Operation.
Questo ruolo supporta il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e ottimizza le operazioni di business in stretta collaborazione con i team di negozio e le funzioni di head office.
Il/La candidato/a si occuperà di:
• Gestire ed implementare i processi operativi in-store a livello italiano ed estero, seguendo la nascita e lo sviluppo dei punti vendita
• Misurare regolarmente le performance operative degli stores (es. stock negativi, organizzazione del magazzino, logistica)
• Definire obiettivi, propone miglioramenti e assicura reportistica mensile e follow-up sui risultati;
• Effettuare visite nei negozi per analizzare i processi e proporre miglioramenti, condividendo le best practices con la Direzione Retail
Il/La Candidato/a ideale:
• possiede una laurea preferibilmente in discipline economiche;
• ha maturato un'esperienza pregressa all'interno di realtà strutturate del mondo retail;
• possiede forte spirito di iniziativa, è in grado di portare nuove idee ed ha un approccio analitico solido;
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese

• Capacità di gestione di differenti progetti e attività contemporaneamente.
• Orientamento ai risultati e attitudine al problem solving.
• Ottime doti relazionali.
• Capacità di lavorare in team di più persone e di relazionarsi con le altre funzioni interne alla società.
• Disponibilità a trasferte, anche internazionali.
