Resiliency and Personal Development Facilitator

Location: U.S. Naval Support Activity Naples, 81030 Gricignano di Aversa, Province of Caserta, Italy
Duties:- Facilitate retreats (Personal Resiliency, Marriage Enrichment, Family Enrichment) lasting 2-3 days, including overnight stays.
- Lead workshops and training sessions (minimum of 32 per year) on topics like suicide prevention, resilience, and leadership development.
- Administer pre and post-event feedback forms to assess effectiveness.
- Collaborate with staff to develop lesson plans and contribute to new program initiatives.
- Promote programs by networking within the community and attending meetings.
- Refer service members and families to appropriate support services.
- Manage event logistics, ensuring materials and coordination are in place for workshops and retreats.
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN AND PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH.
- Master's degree in Divinity, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field, or be a retired U.S. Military Service Member with 20 years of service and relevant experience.
- Certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) in specific programs like ASIST, safeTALK, and The Gottman Institute's relationship training.
- At least two years of experience in facilitation, counseling, education, or a related role.
- Strong skills in event coordination, group leadership, and training.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
