Project Engineer
for one of our client companies based in the
Milan area
.

Project Engineer (Instrumentation & Electrical)

Location:
Milan Area

Role Description:

  • Development of the complete engineering for analyzers and analytical systems (preparation of all required documents such as P&IDs, layouts, datasheets, wiring diagrams, I/O lists, calculations, etc., including revisions and technical alignments with the client);
  • Technical interface with the EPC client;
  • Collaboration with the Project Manager and the technical team to define and implement engineering solutions that meet project requirements;
  • Creation and continuous updating of project technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, datasheets, and construction manuals;
  • Planning and monitoring project progress related to the preparation of technical documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality specifications throughout all phases of design and construction;
  • Collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure materials and equipment meet the project's technical specifications;
  • Preparation of detailed reports on the status of project engineering activities and contribution to the preparation of technical presentations for EPC clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a project engineering role, with specific experience in technical design and management of complex projects (preferably in the Oil & Gas sector);
  • Knowledge of analyzers and analytical systems, international standards, and ability to interface with an EPC;
  • Advanced experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and ability to create and interpret complex technical drawings;
  • Strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and construction processes;
  • Excellent command of technical English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.

This is a
temporary position
for a minimum period of
12 months
, with the possibility of extension.

Compensation For This Position Is Negotiable Based On Experience.
