About The Company

Paid24/7 is a next-generation financial platform combining artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital payments to deliver simple and accessible financial services to millions of users, including the unbanked.

The core product is a Telegram Mini App that integrates crypto and fiat payments, IBANs and debit cards, a natural-language AI payment agent, and operational USDT accounts alongside Bitcoin (Lightning) savings accounts. The platform is already live at a foundational level, with a production-ready React frontend, an operational backend, and well-defined APIs exposed via Swagger/OpenAPI.

Paid24/7 is now entering a critical phase focused on wallet integration and blockchain stack execution, laying the foundation for a scalable, secure, and AI-driven financial ecosystem.

What will you do?

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will become a key contributor to the development of Paid24/7, with direct ownership of wallet integration and core Web3 components. You will work closely with the CTO and international technology partners to deliver production-grade blockchain functionality embedded directly into the Telegram Mini App.

This role combines frontend, backend, and blockchain engineering, with a strong emphasis on wallet orchestration, non-custodial security models, and future-facing integrations such as AI agents, decentralized identity, and progressive KYC.

Main Responsibilities

• Integrate an embedded wallet within the Telegram Mini App.
• Implement and orchestrate Tethers Wallet Development Kit (WDK).
• Manage operational USDT accounts on TON, including gasless transaction flows.
• Integrate Bitcoin Spark / Lightning Network for Bitcoin-based savings accounts.
• Support multi-chain USDT flows via LayerZero.
• Connect wallet functionality to the existing backend using predefined REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI).
• Collaborate on security architecture, including key management and non-custodial wallet flows.
• Contribute to the evolution of the platform toward AI payment agents, decentralized identity, and progressive KYC.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code suitable for enterprise-grade production environments
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external technical partners

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate for this particular role has:

• Strong experience in frontend development with React, including hooks and state management.
• Experience with and building scalable, modular backend architectures.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger-based integrations.
• Hands-on experience with wallet integration and Web3 application development.
• Knowledge of the TON blockchain and experience working with USDT.
• Understanding of gasless transactions, cross-chain bridges, and non-custodial wallet concepts.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin and the Lightning Network.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• A product-oriented mindset, technical autonomy, and strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have:

• Direct experience with wallet SDKs or Wallet Development Kits (WDK).
• Knowledge of Internet Computer and canister development (Motoko or Rust).
• Experience with interoperability protocols such as LayerZero.
• Familiarity with KYC/KYT systems or decentralized identity (DID).
• Previous experience in regulated fintech or Web3 startup environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with external technical partners.

Please note:

This will be primarily an English Speaking role, so proficiency at a B2-C1 level is crucial for candidates consideration.

Work Arrangements:

This will be an Hybrid position, with Office Days in the Blox Space Innovation Hub in Turin
