Quality Assurance Engineer
Il profilo ricercato entrerà a far parte del reparto Qualità e avrà la responsabilità di preparare e revisionare i documenti relativi alla qualità (procedure, istruzioni operative) richiesti dal sistema di gestione della qualità dell'azienda, dalla norma ISO 9001 e da qualsiasi altra norma applicabile al prodotto (PED, ATEX).

Collaborerà inoltre con il responsabile della qualità alla preparazione degli audit esterni (ente di certificazione, clienti).

Nel dettaglio:

  • Preparare, aggiornare e rivedere le procedure e le istruzioni relative alla qualità
  • Preparare, in collaborazione con altri reparti, le procedure di controllo qualità da applicare ai prodotti e/o richieste dalle norme applicabili (PED, ATEX)
  • Tenere registri di qualità, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, la calibrazione degli strumenti di misurazione e le qualifiche degli operatori di saldatura
  • Partecipare e gestire, in collaborazione con il Responsabile della Qualità, le ispezioni e gli audit di terze parti
  • Partecipare con il Supervisore della Documentazione di Qualità / Responsabile della Qualità alla produzione dell'ITP (Piano di Ispezione e Prova) e valutare il PCQ interno, se richiesto
  • Effettuare analisi delle cause alla radice e relative indagini per assistere il reparto Qualità in caso di reclami e non conformità
  • Collaborare con il Responsabile della Qualità per riunioni di alto livello e attività del Gruppo

Cosa richiediamo?

  • Laurea triennale/magistrale in ingegneria meccanica o discipline scientifiche
  • Precedente esperienza in uffici qualità (o tecnici) nella preparazione di procedure e istruzioni di garanzia/controllo della qualità
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione sia scritta che verbale
  • Capacità di svolgere più compiti contemporaneamente rispettando le scadenze
  • Conoscenza della norma ISO 9001 e delle norme comunemente applicate ai prodotti ( ASME, PED, ATEX, EC1935)
  • Buon livello di inglese (B2)

Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato - Inquadramento e retribuzione saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza della risorsa.
