Position Summary

We are hiring a
Regional Integration & Infrastructure Policy Analyst
to join our team and support strategic research and advisory projects in the Mediterranean and Southern Europe region. Based in
Rome
, the Analyst will focus on trade infrastructure diagnostics, transport policy harmonization, and investment opportunity mapping across critical economic corridors.

This role is ideal for professionals with a foundation in public policy, economic development, or trade logistics, who are passionate about contributing to regional cooperation and modernization of strategic infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trade and transport corridor data across the Mediterranean and Balkan regions
  • Draft briefing notes, policy memos, and project concept papers for donor and government audiences
  • Conduct benchmarking studies on customs efficiency, intermodal logistics, and port performance
  • Support stakeholder mapping and regional engagement strategies
  • Help translate technical findings into practical recommendations for policymakers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in International Trade, Public Policy, Transport Planning, or Development Economics
  • 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure strategy, logistics systems, or policy analysis
  • Familiarity with EU regional development instruments and Mediterranean connectivity programs
  • Strong analytical writing and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
