Clivet SpA is looking for a new colleague to join our International Marketing Team to drive our global growth.

What Does This New Opportunity Offer?

As our new
Export Marketing Specialist
, you will play a key role in strengthening our international presence and supporting our network of subsidiaries and distributors worldwide. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive sales growth, increase brand awareness, and ensure consistency across all global markets. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Clivet's global objectives to support distributor and subsidiary performance.
  • Identify target markets and segments, creating tailored marketing plans for each.
  • Collaborate with local teams to plan and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing needs related to new product introductions, supporting launch activities and ensuring market readiness.

2. Marketing Collateral Development

  • Collaborate with the brands team to create and adapt marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and digital assets that resonate with local audiences.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and effectively communicate Clivet's value propositions.

3. Channel Partner Support

  • Support the international distributor network by providing marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional assets to enhance local market performance.
  • Work closely with Area Managers to ensure distributors have the resources and tools required for effective sales and brand promotion.

4. Campaign Management and Execution

  • Partner with the corporate marketing team to develop localized marketing campaigns tailored to cultural and market differences.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media activities, and SEO/SEM initiatives, to drive lead generation and engagement.
  • Oversee the execution and performance of marketing campaigns across distributor channels, ensuring alignment with Clivet's international marketing strategy.

You certainly won't get bored You will be working in a dynamic and cross-functional environment. You will be the keystone between the Corporate Marketing team and the on-the-ground action in global markets.

What We Are Looking For in This Role?

We are looking for a person who is ready to make a difference from day one:

Professional Background:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communication roles, preferably within a B2B industrial company.

Language Skills:
Fluent English is mandatory
to communicate with our global network. A second foreign language (e.g., Spanish, German, or French) is considered a
BIG PLUS

·
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint are essential) and familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce knowledge is an asset).

·
Interpersonal Skills:
You will be in constant contact with Area Managers, distributors, and internal teams. We are looking for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high aptitude for teamwork.

·
Traveler's Spirit:
You must be ready to travel to support international subsidiaries and distributors (approx. 1-2 trips per month).
