Your Role
- Perform regular stock counts for bar, kitchen, and consumables.
- Record and update stock levels in inventory sheets or systems.
- Check and verify all deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain storerooms, fridges, freezers, and cellar areas.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and monitor expiry dates.
- Report stock shortages, discrepancies, and wastage to management.
- Support ordering by providing accurate stock information.
- The role includes responsibility for ordering drinks and managing purchasing as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in counting and recording stock.
- Good numeracy skills and basic computer/system knowledge.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and German languages.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar stock control or hospitality inventory role.
- Physically able to lift and move stock items when required.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Experience working in a pub, bar, or restaurant environment (preferred).
