We are seeking a passionate individual committed to connecting our clients with IT experts in the Italian market and beyond. As the bridge between our clients and qualified candidates, you will play a crucial role in efficiently filling open positions.
So, what can you expect?
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify client's technical needs and set the search in our databases or on major recruitment platforms.
- Implement effective search strategies, cultivate talent pools, and maintain regular contact with your candidate network to stay informed. Networking skills can make a difference in this role
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, developing an in-depth understanding of the technology market to best meet client needs.
Who are we looking for?
- Completed bachelore degree or equivalent;
- Ideally, some experience in roles related to recruitment, customer service, or sales;
- A person accustomed to working independently with excellent communication skills and motivated to suceed;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
- Bonus: Previous experience in IT Recruitment or sales.
