Per azienda nostra cliente, realtà multinazionale presente in 8 nazioni con dipendenti e con clienti in oltre 100 nazioni, leader globale nella produzione e fornitura di componenti e soluzioni per l'Automazione Industriale, siamo alla ricerca di un Technical Service Support per la gestione di problematiche tecniche e piccole riparazioni in sede.

Posizione

La figura che stiamo ricercando si occuperà di attività di supporto tecnico sia da remoto, sia fisicamente sul prodotto ed avrà le seguenti mansioni:

  • Diagnosi da remoto con il cliente per problematiche tecniche - contatto cliente;
  • Analisi economica della riparazione;
  • Riparazione del prodotto nell'officina interna - sostituzione schede;
  • Cooperazione con R&D per segnalazione di problematiche tecniche ricorrenti;
  • Utilizzo del gestionale SAGE per l'avanzamento delle riparazioni.

Requisiti

Il profilo ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

  • Esperienza di 3-5 anni in riparazioni elettroniche di componenti di automazione (sostituzione schede) e diagnostica;
  • Diploma tecnico in Automazione Industriale o titoli di studio affini;
  • Competenze in ambito meccanico ed elettrico;
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e di Gestionali Aziendali;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
