Lead the AI-Driven Transformation of Customer Engagement in Healthcare

As Associate Director Customer Facing Capabilities for the Italy Hub, you will be the architect of this evolution designing and implementing solutions that combine human expertise with the power of data and AI, guiding the Sales Force toward a model of scientific, innovative, and customer-centric engagement.

What You'll Do
- Lead the Transformation: Embed AI, analytics, and digital tools into everyday sales operations.
- Build Capabilities: Develop training programs that merge traditional selling techniques with AI, data interpretation, and digital engagement.
- Drive Omnichannel Excellence: Define strategies that deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences across all touchpoints aligned to local regulations.
- Enable Value-Based Selling: Use data-driven insights to optimize segmentation, territory management, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate Globally: Align local plans with international best practices and global guidelines.
- Measure Impact: Define KPIs and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of AI-driven solutions.
What We're Looking For
- AI & Digital Expertise: Proven experience implementing AI solutions and managing digital tools in commercial or sales environments.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to connect technology with business outcomes and customer value creation.
- Change Leadership: Skilled in driving transformation and adoption of new technologies across large teams.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills to translate technical insights into business impact.
- Scientific Credibility: Experience presenting scientific data and engaging healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Master's degree (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Previous sales leadership experience
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations
- Hands-on experience with AI and digital tools
