Cosa farai:

Assistere i clienti italiani via telefono, email e chat

Offrire soluzioni rapide e precise con un approccio cordiale ed empatico

Supportare i clienti nella risoluzione di problemi tecnici o di account

Gestire e aggiornare le informazioni nei sistemi interni

Collaborare con il team per garantire unesperienza cliente eccellente
Cosa offriamo:

Contratto a tempo pieno con stipendio competitivo (basato su esperienza e progetto)

Bonus mensile fino al 10% sulle performance

13ª e 14ª mensilità pagate annualmente
Supplementi legali:

Ore notturne (22:0006:00): +25% sulla retribuzione oraria base (Legge 3385/2005 & successive modifiche)

Domeniche e festivi (quando inclusi nel turno): +75% sulla retribuzione oraria base (Legge 435/1976, tuttora in vigore)
