Il Resort Valle dell'Erica Thalasso & SPA per la stagione estiva 2026 ricerca: F&B MANAGER
Il/la candidato/a ideale è una figura strategica e operativa, responsabile dell'intera area Food & Beverage del Resort. Coordina e supervisiona le attività di ristoranti, room service, bar, mensa e degli eventi correlati al Food & Beverage garantendo l'eccellenza del servizio e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi
È responsabile del coordinamento tra i team di sala, bar e cucina, dell'aggiornamento e dello sviluppo continuo dell'offerta F&B, dell'ottimizzazione dell'approvvigionamento e della conduzione degli inventari mensili; cruciale sarà il monitoraggio e l'analisi del Food & Beverage Cost per massimizzare la redditività.
Il/la F&B Manager assicura il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza, delle norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP) e degli elevati standard operativi F&B del Resort, riportando direttamente al General Manager.
Requisiti richiesti:
- esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo preferibilmente in strutture alberghiere 5/5L
- diploma di Scuola Alberghiera, studi comparati o superiori.
- conoscenza della lingua inglese
- capacità di leadership e team work
- visione organizzativa e gestionale, con forte orientamento al risultato.
Si offre: contratto a tempo determinato di un anno con l'obiettivo di stabilizzazione, retribuzione commisurata al ruolo e alle esperienze pregresse, valutazione delle performance, premi economici aggiuntivi e opportunità di formazione aziendale.
Sede di lavoro: Valle dell'Erica, Santa Teresa Gallura (SS). Gradito domicilio in zone limitrofe alla sede di lavoro, ove necessario, l'azienda garantisce vitto e alloggio.
