QUALITY ENGINEER
Il Ruolo
La Posizione Prevede

  • Attività di supporto alle linee BHE e BHE XS per le tematiche di Qualità
  • Analisi dati ed attività di miglioramento sul processo produttivo
  • Gestione di customer claims con metodologia 8D / analisi Ishikawa e 5W.
  • Gestione di Non Conformità Fornitori
  • Coinvolgimento diretto nel processo di sviluppo nuovi prodotti (o prodotti esistenti) come parte del Project Team
  • Collaborazione con i colleghi del Quality Control per attività di misura.
  • Supporto e partecipazione durante gli audit di seconda e terza parte (ISO 9001, PED, UL, audit cliente, ...)
  • Forte interazione e collaborazione con altri enti aziendali, quali Business Unit, R&D, Pianificazione, Produzione, Acquisti.

Competenze

  • Diploma di Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico, preferibilmente Magistrale
  • La certificazione Six Sigma Green Belt è titolo preferenziale
  • Conoscenza delle principali tematiche qualitative (Norme ISO 9001 e IATF 1649, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP, auditing, Process capability, ...)
  • Capacità di lettura dei disegni tecnici
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di misura
  • Capacità di analizzare ed elaborare dati
  • Ottima conoscenza del paccchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Capacità di lavorare in Team, anche interfunzionali
  • Approccio proattivo alle problematche, con orientamento al miglioramento continuo
  • Buona capacità di problem solving
  • Capacità di organizzare le attività per priorità, ed in maniera flessibile.
  • Ottimo livello delle lingue italiana e inglese scritta e parlata
