About The Role
The Primary Teacher for covers ensures the smooth delivery of pre-prepared lessons, maintaining a positive and safe learning environment. They manage classroom behaviour, follow school policies, and adapt to different year groups and teaching styles. Duties include taking attendance, supervising students, marking work, and providing feedback, with collaboration across staff to support learning continuity.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate is flexible, organised, and passionate about working with children. Strong teamwork, effective classroom management, and a commitment to safeguarding are essential. They should have a clear understanding of teaching methods and a dedication to fostering student progress and achievement.
The ideal qualification for this role is a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or another related field.
