KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations. Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress. Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution. Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed. Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements. Client retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients. Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly. Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: Strong result orientation. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentality. Problem solving and flexible reasoning. Dynamism. Ability to work in a team. Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales business.
