Posizione:
Per la nostra sede di Napoli, siamo alla ricerca di risorse qualificate da inserire in qualità di Maintenance Technical Support Engineer.
La risorsa, inserita nell'area Maintenance della società, si occuperà principalmente di:
Collaborazione trasversale a tutte le commesse di manutenzione;
Compilazione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica di impianto (libretti, dichiarazione di conformità, documenti antincendio, documenti di terza responsabilità caldaie);
Registrazione delle attività manutentive sul portale F-GAS;
Interfaccia con l'Ufficio HSEQ nella gestione operativa delle commesse;
Gestione e aggiornamento del catasto impianti;
Raccolta dati e redazione di report ambientali periodici;
Gestione delle pratiche ETS (Emissione in Atmosfera) e AUA (Autorizzazione Unica Ambientale) per la commessa GSR.
Requisiti:
Laurea in Ingegneria con relativa Iscrizione all'Albo;
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di supporto tecnico, preferibilmente nel settore Facility Management;
Ottima conoscenza degli impianti (caldaie, sistemi antincendio, impianti termici e refrigeranti).
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Word);
Conoscenza delle normative in ambito QAS, ETS e AUA.
Completano il profilo:
Familiarità nella lettura di computi metrici, preventivi, e capitolati tecnici;
Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità;
Attitudine al problem solving;
Buone doti comunicative e relazionali.
