Responsabilità principali:

  • Collaborare con i team R&D per analizzare i nuovi prodotti in fase di sviluppo e garantirne l'industrializzabilità;
  • Identificare opportunità di ottimizzazione dei prodotti in ottica di efficienza produttiva e cost saving;
  • Supportare l'introduzione dei nuovi prodotti all'interno delle linee di produzione, definendo processi e metodi di assemblaggio;
  • Applicare i principi di Lean Manufacturing per migliorare i flussi produttivi e ridurre gli sprechi;
  • Partecipare alla definizione e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e dei cicli di lavoro;
  • Fungere da collegamento tra i reparti di Ricerca e Sviluppo, Qualità e Produzione, garantendo un passaggio fluido dal prototipo alla produzione in serie.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Triennale/Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale/ Meccanica;
  • Esperienza minima nel ruolo di Production Planner o ambiti affini nel settore dell'automazione Industriale;
  • Conoscenza delle logiche Lean Manufacturing.
  • Buona capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e conoscenza dei processi produttivi industriali;
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e lavoro in team cross-funzionali;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
