What you'll do

As a
Junior UX/UI Designer
, you will be part of our Product team, designing intuitive and seamless digital experiences for field technicians across mobile and web platforms. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you'll translate complex industrial workflows into user-friendly interfaces while learning to take full ownership of your design work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design Support:
    Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features.
  • User Research:
    Participate in customer interviews and usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate designs.
  • Visual Consistency:
    Contribute to and maintain our Design System to ensure a cohesive look and feel across products.
  • Prototyping:
    Build interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate transitions and interactions to the Engineering team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Iteration:
    Refine designs based on stakeholder feedback and real user data.
  • End-to-End Projects:
    Take ownership of projects, designing new features or workflows from concept to delivery.

What you'll need

  • Education:
    Degree or background in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Portfolio:
    A portfolio demonstrating clean aesthetics, logical user flows, and an understanding of UX principles.
  • Tooling:
    Proficiency in Figma and whiteboarding tools like Miro (or strong desire to master them).
  • Mobile-First Mindset:
    Interest in designing for mobile devices, especially for field-based workflows.
  • Communication:
    Ability to clearly explain design choices and incorporate feedback proactively.
  • Language:
    Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
  • Team Spirit:
    Collaborative, purpose-driven mindset with eagerness to grow.

Nice to have:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate collaboration with developers.
  • Experience or interest in B2B SaaS or industrial software.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for task management.
