Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Sales Representative
to join our growing team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a vital role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored logistics solutions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and capable of building strong, long-term relationships with clients at all levels. You will oversee the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and transport sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote Runway's range of services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support commercial strategy
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields preferred
- Proven experience in
sales
, ideally within
logistics, transport, or freight forwarding - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive, independent, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
- Fluent in English
(knowledge of other languages is a plus)
