Umana S.p.A. cerca un/una HR ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL SPECIALIST per un'importante azienda del settore moda e lusso nella zona di Belluno (BL).

Responsabilità:

Gestione dei contratti di lavoro: avrai la responsabilità di preparare e gestire i contratti di lavoro, assicurandoti che siano in linea con le normative vigenti;
Preparazione dei cedolini paga: sarai responsabile della preparazione dei cedolini paga, garantendo la corretta applicazione delle condizioni contrattuali e delle normative in materia di retribuzione e contributi;
Supporto ai dipendenti: sarai il punto di riferimento per i dipendenti per qualsiasi questione legata alla loro posizione contrattuale e retributiva;
Applicazione delle normative: avrai un ruolo chiave nel garantire la corretta applicazione delle normative vigenti in materia di lavoro e contributi.

Requisiti:

Laurea in Economia, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini;
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruoli simili;
Ottime conoscenze del diritto del lavoro e delle normative in materia di contratti e retribuzioni;
Conoscenza dei principali software gestionali HR;
Ottime capacità di gestione del tempo e delle priorità;
Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di prendere decisioni;
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;
Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B2 o superiore.
