Job Description Summary

Join us in Milan for a temporary opportunity that offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative, and international environment.

As a Junior Project Coordinator, you'll support our team in delivering projects related to Technical Due Diligence (TDD) surveys, project monitoring, capital improvements, and building/site repairs — gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating work completion.

  • Assist in building evaluations and preparation of physical audit reports.

  • Participate in site inspections to ensure building compliance with regulations.

  • Prepare and share regular progress reports.

  • Support project approvals, budget tracking, and organizational changes.

  • Contribute to daily operations of the project team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related technical fields preferred.

  • Languages: Italian , english

  • At least 1 year of prior work experience in architecture, construction, or project management is preferred, but this role is an excellent opportunity for candidates with shorter experience looking to grow professionally.
