Il tirocinio come Tecnico di processo e manutenzione offre l'opportunità di entrare nel cuore delle operazioni industriali, applicando principi tecnici alla gestione, ottimizzazione e manutenzione di impianti e processi. Il ruolo prevede collaborazione con diversi reparti per migliorare efficienza, affidabilità e sicurezza, con un forte orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
Attività principali
- Affiancamento ai tecnologi di processo: comprensione del ruolo, analisi dei problemi, individuazione di soluzioni, conoscenza dei prodotti e dei processi, applicazione di procedure e standard di sicurezza.
- Attività pratiche sugli impianti: sicurezza delle macchine, ottimizzazione delle linee, standardizzazione dei set-up, proposte di miglioramento e modifiche.
- Utilizzo del software NetPro: studio delle logiche, aggiornamento del database, creazione di piani di manutenzione, estrazione e analisi dei KPI.
- Digitalizzazione dell'archivio tecnico: trasformazione dei documenti cartacei in un sistema digitale ordinato con scadenziari e reminder automatici.
Requisiti
- Diploma tecnico in ambito industriale o meccanico.
- Iscrizione a un percorso ITS coerente con il ruolo.
- Conoscenza di base dei processi industriali e della documentazione tecnica.
- Familiarità con strumenti digitali e software gestionali (preferibile esperienza con NetPro o simili).
- Attitudine al problem solving e interesse per il miglioramento dei processi.
- Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare in team.
