Renoon is a Transparency data engagement SaaS company based in Amsterdam. We empower Fashion and Retail companies to map their supply chains, manage key product information, and comply with legislative requirements. Our platform generates digital product passports and immersive stories about products, creating consumer engagement around sustainability.Who are you?

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sustainability and technology, combined with a knack for working with data and operational processes. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and eager to learn about the intersection of sustainability, supply chains, and digital innovation.

What is your role?

You will work closely with the Account and Sustainability Manager and operational teams to support our clients in their sustainability journeys. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and practices and to make a tangible impact in the fashion and retail sector.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sustainability data from clients and suppliers.

• Support the implementation of Digital Product Passports and ESG reporting initiatives.
• Help manage client accounts by coordinating data flows, preparing materials, and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements (e.g., CSRD, ESRS).
• Conduct research to stay updated on new regulations and best practices in sustainability and traceability.
• Create presentations and insights based on collected data to support clients.
• Provide administrative support for client communication and project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Interest in sustainability and supply chain transparency.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ESG frameworks or prior experience in sustainability is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian. Although most of our team is Italian, you will be interfacing with international team members and worldwide clients.
