Cyber Risk Underwriter 

 Sede di lavoro: Milano (Porta Romana)

Principali responsabilità:

  • Analisi e valutazione dei rischi cyber per le aziende (risk assessment, risk analysis, risk process) finalizzata alla quotazione e quantificazione dei premi, in linea con le underwriting policy della Compagnia e attraverso l'utilizzo di modelli di pricing interni;
  • Supporto allo sviluppo ed evoluzione dell'offerta assicurativa in ambito cyber sia sul segmento aziende che persone;
  • Analisi, quotazione e gestione della sottoscrizione dei rischi digitali, nel rispetto delle authority delegate e delle guidelines interne, adottando processi assuntivi differenziati per segmento di clientela (Large corporate, Pmi, Persone);
  • Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con gli intermediari offrendo supporto tecnico al fine di soddisfare le esigenze assicurative dei clienti;
  • Monitoraggio continuo dei trend di mercato e delle minacce cyber emergenti, proponendo soluzioni innovative per la clientela;
  • Partecipare a gruppi di lavoro interfunzionali all'interno dell'azienda in qualità di practice leader del ramo cyber;
  • Collaborare alla gestione e riforma del portafoglio rischi cyber con l'obiettivo di garantirne redditività; 
  • Attività di formazione su tematiche cyber rivolte a clienti, intermediari e colleghi;

Requisiti: 

  • Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Rappresenta un plus per la selezione avere maturato esperienza professionale nel ruolo di cyber risk underwriter presso Compagnie Assicurative o Broker;
  • Conoscenza generale dei sistemi di IT Security e delle normative di riferimento in materia di Cybersecurity;
  • Spiccate abilità comunicative e relazionali; 
  • Gestione delle priorità e time management;
  • Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office,)

Il candidato in possesso delle competenze e delle esperienze richieste sarà inserito con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione e sistema premiante collegato al raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati.
