Descrizione del ruolo

Si tratta di un ruolo a tempo pieno per un Tecnico installatore in campo e in sede a Napoli e Caserta. Il Tecnico sarà responsabile dell'installazione e della manutenzione dei sistemi di prototipazione e produzione di fotobioreattori per microalghe, dei test in campo dei prototipi, del monitoraggio dei processi di produzione industriale e del supporto tecnico. Ulteriori mansioni includono l'installazione di sistemi, la garanzia del corretto funzionamento delle apparecchiature, la documentazione delle procedure e la collaborazione con il team di ricerca e sviluppo per testare e implementare nuove tecnologie.

Qualifiche e caratteristiche richieste

  • Lingua: Italiano (Inglese facoltativo)
  • Paese di origine: Italiano
  • Residenza in Italia, preferibilmente vicino a Napoli e/o Caserta
  • Competenze tecniche nell'installazione e manutenzione di sistemi, nel collaudo delle apparecchiature e nello sviluppo tecnologico
  • Esperienza in sistemi di installazione, elettrici, elettronici, idraulici e sistemi complessi.
  • Capacità di problem solving e capacità di risolvere problemi relativi alle apparecchiature o alla produzione
  • Capacità di comunicazione per una collaborazione efficace con clienti, team di ricerca e stakeholder
  • Disponibilità a lavorare in condizioni variabili e a viaggiare secondo necessità per incarichi sul campo

The company boasts its own industrial production facilities and laboratories for microalgae cultivation, research, prototyping, and technology development. M2M Engineering is led by Marcello Diano, engineer with long experience in the field of microalgae and biotechnology with several patents in microalgae biotechnology and innovation.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Technician based in Naples and Caserta. The Field Technician will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of microalgae photobioreactors production systems, field testing of prototypes, monitoring industrial production processes, and providing technical support. Additional tasks include performing system installations, ensuring proper equipment functionality, documenting procedures, and collaborating with the research and development team to test and implement new technologies.

Qualifications and Caratheristics needed

  • Language: Italian (English optional)
  • Country origin: Italian
  • Lives in Italy - preferibly close to Naples and/or Caserta
  • Technical skills in system installation and maintenance, equipment testing, and technology development
  • Experienced in installation systems, electric, electronic, hydraulic and complex systems.
  • problem-solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot equipment or production issues
  • Capability communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, research teams, and stakeholders
  • Willingness to work in varying conditions and undertake travel as needed for field assignments
