As NDT Engineer the resource will be part of the PIPEN/Offshore Pipeline Technologies department, within the Asset Based Services business line (no Drilling)

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Skills and knowledge to interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents pertinent to the NDT and welding disciplines
• Preparation and verification of the adequate procedures in the specific NDT (AUT, PAUT, TOFD, MUT, RT, CR, RTR, MT, PT and VT) method
• Capable of selecting the method and techniques for a specific inspection
• Developing & update relevant project specifications to subcontractors and support them to comply with by performing NDT processes evaluation
• Witnessing (and guiding where necessary) procedures and operator qualification tests at site providing guidance to NDT technicians on onshore / offshore sites
• Supervising AUT/PAUT qualifications & other conventional NDT qualification processes according to DNV-ST-F101, ASME V codes and equivalent
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, or via e-mail, co-workers and subordinates as a representative of the company
• Ability to follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community

What are we looking for?
Education:
Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Materials/Industrial Production or Electronics

Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a NDT Engineer within Oil&Gas industry

Languages:
English B1

Technical Skills:
Required as minimum qualifications and certifications:

• Pipeline and Subsea Modules (piping and structural) project experience required. At least 5 years' experience in similar industry,
• Extensive technical and practical experience in pipeline, piping and structural engineering in the same or similar industry including experience in working in multi-disciplinary projects and multi-cultural teams.
• EN ISO Level 2 in UT, RT, MPI and PT
• PAUT training certified
• EN ISO Level 3 in UT is a plus
• Excellent technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to WorleyParsons and its clients.
• Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and ultrasonic specific software's (ESBeamTool, CIVA, etc..).
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
